2585951 - Adapt UI option not available for Campaign App

Symptom

Image/Data is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems.  Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

You are unable to find the Adapt UI button on the screen for Test or Prod system.

Environment

SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to Hybris Marketing and open the campaigns app
  2. Try to add a custom field in campaign UI using Adapt UI
  3. Look for Adapt UI button

Resolution

  • Adapt UI functionality is a Central Fiori Launchpad feature available in the user Settings Area (Area right below sign-out button)

  • With adapt UI, you can perform all the UI changes in Q-system
  • Collect them into a software collection from the extensibility inventory under the name of hpa.cei.campaign.Component : UI Flexibility and Variant Changes 
  • Transport these changes to your P-system, which will avoid redundancy to add these fields again in P-system
