Business requirement:  Employee is eligible to take a particular type of leave only once in every 2 years.

We can use the below rule to achieve our business requirement stated above.

In this rule "Get Absence In Days For Period Based On Calendar Days For Time Types" will return number of days leave taken by user for the given time period and time type. 

This rule need to be assigned as "Take Rule" in the Time Type.
