2586064 - sap.com/userstore fails due to java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError

The SAP Application Server JAVA application sap.com/userstore fails to start and below error is logged in the trace files (std_server /default traces). Also it is possible that subsequent applications that have reference to the application sap.com/userstore fail due to the latter failing.
