2586323 - Some Portlets not Available or Supported in the Talent Card

Some portlets which are available on the Employee Profile aren't available for selection on the Talent Card or do not return data (eg. Competency Portlet).

1. Go to the Admin Center.

2. Under Presentation select 'Manage Talent Cards'.

3. Go to any Talent Card (Succession/Presentation/Calibration) and select 'Add Section'.

4. Select 'Custom Section', the drop-down list doesn't show the portlet (eg. Competency Portlet), as below:

   

5. Or select 'Custom Section' and select a non supported portlet (eg. Calibration History Portlet) and no data is returned.

Talent Card doesn't support Competency background Portlet (xml id; sysScoreCardCompetenciesPortlet) due to which it is not available in the drop-down list. As a rule of thumb, the Talent Card doesn't support any of the background portlets with xml id 'sysScorecard'. There are also other background portlets which are based on the same framework which not supported for use in the Talent Card, such as the Calibration History Portlet (xml id; calibrationHistoryPortlet).
