2586449 - Error message: Purchase order item xxx-x (represents the PO item ID) cannot be confirmed. A goods and services receipt cannot be created for time and labor management items.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Goods and Services Receipts work center.
2. Go to the Purchase Orders to Be Delivered view.
3. Select Show by Documents.
4. Find and select the relevant PO.
5. Select New Goods and Services Receipt you receive an above mentioned error.

If the Purchase Order item is enabled for Time Recording Required.

If the Purchase Order item source of supply is Contract in which the Time Recording Required is enabled.

Like mentioned above, since the item is relevant for time and labor management, you can only perform the delivery through time recording and then the system automatically creates the Goods and Services Receipt.

1. Access Home work center.
2. Navigate to Self-Services -> Self-Services Overview.
3. Under the Time section, click on Edit Time Sheet.
4. Create a time recording information in the employee Time Sheet.
5. Click on Release and select one of the release options.
