2586490 - Parallel Steps on Approval Process Don't Work

Symptom

You want to configure parallel steps for an approval process but they do not work.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Administrator work center.
  2. Click on the Approval Process view.
  3. Edit the Approval Process Description XYZ (XYZ represents the Description of the Approval Process).
  4. Try to configure both approvers in two steps 1.
  5. Save.

Cause

The system will send the approval notification for all the users mentioned in step 1 as usual, however, all the approvers will have to approve the document.

Resolution

This is current behaviour of SAP Cloud for Customer.
