2586495 - sp_sysmon reports high values for Fully Logged APL Heap Table even when allpages locking is not in use -SAP ASE

Symptom

sp_sysmon reports elevated counts for Inserts under Fully logged APL Heap Table despite having the default lock scheme to datarows or datapages and no allpages locked tables are used in ASE.

In this example, we see large amounts of APL Heap Table inserts even though APL tables are not used by the application
