2586520 - Temporary namespace "sld/import/temp*" persist after CR Content is updated

Symptom

After the CR Content is updated, you perceive some temporary namespaces "sld/import/temp*" persist. Such as:

       sld/import/temp1
       sld/import/temp10
       ......


And you would like to delete these temporary namespaces but the following error occurres preventing them from being deleted:

"CIM_ERR_FAILED: Storing changes to persistence failed. Please check both your J2EE engine and database are in a healthy running state. (Error: CIM_ERR_FAILED: Namespace not found: <namespaceName> (Domain:S))"
