2586577 - Unable to create database on Cloud Foundry - No database mapped to organization

Symptom

You are trying to create a database instance on SAP Cloud Platform Cloud Foundry environment, but you get the following error:

Unable to create service instance. We are sorry, but we have encountered an internal error. If the problem persists, please create a support ticket.
The service broker returned an invalid response for the request to .... Status Code: 500 Internal Server Error, Body: {"message":"No database mapped to organization [...] space [...]"}
