2586707 - Error "Consolidation needs a model selected in the context" when validating a BPF action

When you create a BPF hyperlink of which the target action is "Open controls details" or "Open controls summary", you see error "Consolidation needs a model selected in the context." and cannot save the BPF.

Actually you have already selected a model in the target context.
