2586880 - Instance Sync: Sync of RBP Permission Group not working for group criteria

• Instance Sync Tool will complete successfully (RBP Permission Groups will be created/updated), but target will be missing the group criteria.
• Unable to sync RBP Permission Groups' criteria.

• SuccessFactors Instance Sync Tool

1. Perform an Instance Sync of RBP Permission Group that has any criteria(s) set (that use the feature "Exclude these people from the group");
2. Test the sync and then run the actual sync (it will complete successfully);
3. Go to the target environment and check that the "Exclude these people from the group" criteria is not properly set.

Example of RBP Group Criteria:

SuccessFactors currently does not support the sync of RBP Permission Group settings when the same has MDF fields set up in the Dynamic Group Filters.

The only workaround available is to manually re-create the criteria on the target environment for the groups which this restriction applies.
