2586886 - Report Not Available for Broadcasting

When creating a broadcast, the report you would like to use is not listed in the value help. You cannot broadcast it.

• SAP Cloud for Customer
• SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Business Analytics work center and select the Broadcast view.
2. Click on New.
3. Fill in the required details. As Object, select Report.
4. Click on the value help to select a report and search for the one you would like to broadcast.

It is not listed.

The report is a technical object. Such objects are intended for Analytics framework use only, i.e. internal use. Unfortunately they cannot be broadcasted.

You can try the following as a workaround:

Check which data source this report is using and create your own report based on it. This can be done in the Business Analytics work center, view Design Reports (click on New > Report). Your own report will not be a technical object and thus can be used for broadcasts.
