This article explains how to change the Job Alert E-mail Address.

SAP Success Factors Recruiting Marketing (RMK)

You can change the e-mail using the following steps:

1. Access Career Site Builder
2. Navigate to Settings ⇒ Site Configuration
3. Go to Job Alerts Settings and change the Job Alert E-mail Address
4. Save

Notice that you'll have to keep the structure "@noreply.jobs2web.com". You can change only what is before "@".
Some special characters such as "_" will break the configuration and prevent to save the Site Settings.

The Sender name visible in the Candidate mailbox ("From:") will be determined by the token you will use in Career Site Builder ⇒ Layouts ⇒ Job Alerts Email Template (you can refer to our Help Guide to see the list of supported tokens).
