2587010 - Contract determination does not work when creating an ERP sales order from CRM Web UI

Symptom

  • Contract determination of sales orders on item level via LORD API from CRM in ECC is not working
  • The objective is to create a sales order with materials and sold-to where a contract might exist and is determined. But it only works when created directly in ECC, and NOT when created via CRM Web UI
