2587018 - An error is received by the candidate when trying to click on 'Sign Forms' at the end of New Employee Step - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

  • Below error displays when candidate clicks on Sign Forms after the New Employee Step.
    Error Message: DocuSign will send an email notification to \{0\} with a link to view your documents. Please watch your inbox.

  • In addition, they get kicked out of the system.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to Onboarding via Welcome Letter
  2. Complete the New Employee Step
  3. At the Congratulations page
  4. Click Sign Forms
  5. View message
  6. Candidate gets kicked out of the System

Cause

Form is configured to be signed by the candidate, but not to use Docusign

Resolution

  1. Onboarding
  2. Reference Files
  3. Forms
  4. Find your form
  5. Select and Edit
  6. And tick the Use DocuSign
