2587036 - Edit workflow Settings in Purchasing Configuration

You try to Edit the Workflow settings in one of the Purchasing Configuration Apps. The Edit function is not possible.

Manage Workflow Settings for Purchase Orders

 The workflow settings have been already activated.

Only the Workflow Settings with status 'Draft' can be edited.

The Workflow Settings that have been activated can´t be edited anymore. Even if you deactivate them , you can only delete the complete workflow.

If you want to change the workflow settings you have to create a new workflow instead of changing current ones.

This restriction occurs because Purchase objects could have been created and linked to the workflow already activated.
