Symptom
In a multithreaded ADO.NET application, communicating with a slow-to-respond database server on one thread can impact the performance of threads that are communicating with quick-to-respond database servers. For example, if a database server requires 1 minute to respond to a connection request, then all other threads are delayed by 1 minute.
