2587061 - New Job Relationship Record Created After Making Change to Position

New job relationship record created after making change to position but don’t have automatic sync between Position relationships and Job relationship.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. In position management settings "Synchronise position matrix relationships to job relationships of incumbents" is set to "NEVER"
2. Make a change to the position relationship and see a new record inserted into the incumbants job info.

"Synchronize position matrix relationships to job relationships of incumbents?" set to  "Always" on the position Type.

1. Go to Configure Object Defintions > Position Types
2. Enable the "Synchronize position matrix relationships to job relationships of incumbents?" on Position Type object.
3. Check the Position Types In manage Data to see whether any of them have Matrix Relationships sync is enabled.
4. If "Synchronize position matrix relationships to job relationships of incumbents?" is set to "Always" on the position Type this will take priority over the settings in Position management.
