Symptom
You want to collect the logs for SAP Business ByDesign Outlook Add-in or SAP Cloud for Customer Outlook Add-in.

Resolution
To collect the logs from your Outlook Add-In, please follow the steps below:
- In your Microsoft Outlook client, navigate to the add-in.
- Click the Help button and then Increase Log Level. The Increase Log Level functionality will enable the recording of logs by the add-in while you perform your activities.
For SAP Business ByDesign
For SAP Cloud for Customer - Perform the required activities to reproduce the issue.
- Click the Help button and then Show Log File Directory. This should take you directly to the folder path where the log files are stored.
- Inside the folder, you can find the .log file which will then contain all the logs of the activities performed.
- Repeat step 2 now to disable the Increase Log Level. It is important to disable the Increase Log Level function after you use it to avoid impacts to the performance.
