2587221 - Failed to initialize SySAM licensing sybsystem - SAP PB

Symptom

  • Receiving error when starting PowerBuilder:

"Failed to initialize SySAM licensing sybsystem. PowerBuilder is shutting down.."

  • PowerBuilder was installed with an specific user, and when accessing with other new user for that machine it is returning that error and not starting PB.
  • Using a local license not served.
  • It can also return the message: "cannot find valid license".
