2587228 - Reduce Countries That Can Be Selected In Business Documents

Symptom

You want to reduce the number of countries that can be selected in the field "Country" in business documents (Accounts, Leads, Sales Orders, etc.).

Environment

  • SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
  2. Go to the Overview view.
  3. Open the Activity Countries.
  4. Press Edit Countries.
  5. You cannot remove the countries maintained in this activity.

Cause

  • Currently the countries available are defined by ISO.
  • Once the option is scoped, it is not possible to reduce the number of countries available for business documents.
