Rule

For Ireland , UK UTC Minutes = 0

As seen below Time zone Minutes can be change in the Rule:

 Example :

• For  Saudi Arabia :UTC + 3hours= 180 Minutes  so  Minutes - Number: 180
• For  Indian Minutes - Number: 330 , So  :UTC + 5 hours 30 mins= 330 Minutes
