Symptom
Learning History Connector ran with Last Update User field , but this field did not populate in the LMS admin side.
Environment
SuccessFactors Learning Managment System (LMS)
Reproducing the Issue
Step 1: Go to Admin view
Step 2: Choose Users menu
Step 3: Search and Pick User ID processed through Learning history connector.
Step 4: Go to Items Completed
Step 5: Click View Details on a competed item. The Last Update User field is not populated as shown below.
Resolution
Since Last Update User field is related to esignature functionality , customers have to enable the esign in the LMS admin side and in item. Then item should be assigned to the user to complete the item manually / himself along with esign pin. Now from admin view you can able to see the Last Update User field with the value , as shown below.
Note : This filed is not populate when item completion is proccessed with learning history connector.
