2587588 - Incorrect date appearing in output file of Integration Center

Symptom

Incorrect date appearing in output file from Integration Center, however the date is correctly appearing in Preview. For Example: Employee termination date is "31/12/2017" but in the exported file it is showing as "31/12/2018".
