2587646 - Change Favicon in SuccessFactors Page on Browsers

• Are we able to change the Favicon displayed on SuccessFactors browser? 
• What's the purpose of the Favicon option under the Theme Manager > Fine Tune > External User styles as it does not update the icon on the browser?

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Changing the Favicon of SuccessFactors is currently not achievable. 

• SuccessFactors does not support customizing the Favicon. 
• SuccessFactors only supports customizing the Favicon for external users of SuccessFactors Learning.

• For normal SF users it will remain the default SF favicon (which as of 2H2025 release is the SAP Favicon).

• The Favicon will only appear for an external user if the Theme Manager > Fine Tune > External User styles is updated. To update the Favicon for external users: 
  1. Login to instance. 
  2. Go to Admin Center > Theme Manager. 
  3. Select your preferred theme for external users. 
  4. Under Fine Tune, go to External User Styles. 
  5. Then select Favicon. Upload with an image of your preference. Otherwise, maintain the default SuccessFactors favicon.
