2587922 - Formatted Name of Accounts

Symptom

You want to know what is the logic of formatted name which is displayed on header of the account.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Customers Work Center
  2. Select Customers view
  3. Open any customer
  4. You want to know what is the logic of the name of account

Resolution

The account name field, visible in header of account is a formatted name. It is formed by fields: name +(space)+ additional name 1 +(space)+ additional name 2.

In case you maintain any additional name field, it will be added after the name of account.

Example: "Almika" (name) + "Inc" (additional name).
