2587984 - Cannot import tables or test connection to any datastore - SAP Cloud Platform Integration for data services

Symptom

  • Timeout error after about 3 minutes when testing datastore connection or trying to import a table
  • Errors in the DSOnPremiseAgent logs (%DS_COMMON_DIR%/log/dsod/*)
    • SEVERE: fetch request from cloud received error Code: 530, response content: <unique ID>
    • SEVERE: Error fetch request from cloud, url=https://<customer specific>.ondemand.com/DSoD/agentmanager/agent_request, agentCUID=<unique ID for agent>;<agent name>com.sap.im.ds.onpremiseagent.exception.CommunicationException: Cloud server exception occurred, log id = <id #>
  • Even testing connection to a local file fails with the same errors
  • Symptoms are the same on all agent machines
