•  Two items are assigned separately during the same day but notifications were received on different days

This is because of the timing of the assignments vs the run of Learning Plan Notification APM.

Example:

• Item A was assigned on 01/01/2018 02:09:00.
• Item B was assigned on 01/01/2018 02:29:00.
• Learning Plan Notification APM is scheduled to run daily every 02:15:00 AM.
• Therefore, notification for Item A assignment will be sent on 01/01/2018 @ around 02:15:00 AM because it was assigned before the APM ran on 01/01/2018.
• The notification for Item B assignment, on the other hand, will be sent on on the next run of APM which is  01/02/2018 @ around 02:15:00 AM.
