2588046 - Price Maintained in Price List is Not Fetched in Sales Order

You have maintained an internal price for product ABC in C4C system, however, the price is not fetched when you add the product ABC in a sales order. (ABC represents the Product ID)

Prerequisites:

In Price List work center view, you have maintained a price for Product ABC.

1. Go to Sales work center.
2. Go to Sales Orders work center view.
3. Create a new sales order or open an exsiting sales order.
4. Nevigate to Products facet.
5. Click Add button to add the Product ABC.
6. Now you find the Price of the product item is not fetched from Price List.

If you want the prices to be picked from the price list, then the sales order should be created with the Document Type having Maintenance Mode as 'Internal' only.

1. Go to Business Configuration.
2. Go to Implementation Projects.
3. Select the project and click Open Activity List.
4. Find the Open the Sales Orders activity.
5. Click on the hyperlink 'Maintain Document Type'.
6. From the open page, you can check for the used Document Type, whether the 'Maintenance Mode' is maintained as 'Internal'.  If it is 'Internal & External' or 'External', then you have to change it to Intenal.

Note: The system standard Document Type cannot be changed once it's created. You can create a new Z_ Type to maintain this, the Z_ Type can be changed after creation.
