2588127 - Redirect candidate to Home Page of a Brand - Recruiting Marketing

When a candidate applies to a job or signs in through a Home page of a Brand, they are redirected to RCM microsite of that Brand.

Once the candidate is in the RCM microsite, when they click on Search Jobs link, they are redirected to the Home page of the Main Brand.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK)

Refer to the following steps to reproduce the candidate experience:

1. Access the Career Site of a specific Brand
2. Apply to a job or sign in
3. You will be redirected to the RCM microsite of that specific brand
4. Click on Search Jobs link
5. You will be redirected to the Home page of the Main Brand

Since the 2011 Release, if candidates sign in or apply from a specific Brand, they will be redirected to the RCM microsite and when candidates click on "Back to job listing" or "Sign Out", they will be automatically redirected to the Home page of that Brand in RMK.

To redirect candidates to a RMK site's Home page or to a default brand or content page, use the "RMK Job Search URL" in Provisioning > Configure Recruiting Marketing Datacenter URL. This option applies only to "Back to job listing" button. The "Sign Out" button will still redirect to the Home page of the Brand.
