2588207 - To Do Cards not Visible or For You Today section not Showing for Some Users

• For some users, the ‘To Do’ card is not visible.
• Users are not able to see the For You Today tasks on the homepage.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

1. Login to SuccessFactors.
2. Homepage and see that the "For You Today" section is missing for some users or there are no tasks listed at all. 
3. Check the To Do Panel and there are listed tasks. 

This is an expected behavior, users will only see the ToDo card if there is something pending or an active tasks on the user side.

• If you have an active to-do tasks (near the due date or n days after the due date has passed) and it's not showing up on the For You Today section, please check whether the To Do Task you are assigned to is visible on the home page. You can use the following guides to check:

  • Where To-Do Tasks Appear | SAP Help Portal - lists all the tasks; check the Home Page (Web) section if set to "YES"

NOTE: You should be able to verify if they have some pending tasks by visiting the ToDo Nudge icon on the header of the page.
