Symptom

Less Data is visible in the standard report "Customer Insight: Performance Analysis"

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  • Go to Business Analytics
  • Go to Design Reports
  • Search for report "Customer Insight: Performance Analysis"
  • Execute the report
  • You will see very few data visible as irrespective of giving any selections in the report. This can be compared with the data source used in the report.
  • If you try to execute the data source "CODSTPU03", you will see all data in it.

Cause

Customer Insight: Performance Analysis is designed specific for a C4C application Customer Insight, please do not use for other purpose except in C4C application Customer Insight, because this report contains some global restrictions inside the report definition (My Reporting Line (for Managers) and Me) and Month/Calendar Year. This may not fit your specific requirement

Resolution

Kindly create a Custom Report (Z-Report) based on same data source "CODSTPU03" for further usage.
