2588426 - Error 'Required file xxx.SCA is not visible for your user' in Maintenance Planner [ABAP System]

• While planning upgrade for an ABAP only system using Maintenance Planner (MP), after selecting the target release and the OS/DB files, below error is encountered:
  "Validation of software packages failed. Please check the logs."
  
  
• In the Maintenance Planner logs, requirements of JAVA relevant packages can be seen. Below is an example:
