2588443 - The button "Post Goods Issue" is grayed out in S/4 HANA when creating outbound delivery in VL01N/VA02

Symptom

Goods issue can't be posted directly in S/4 HANA while creating delivery in VL01N/VA02 as the button "Post Goods Issue" is grayed out.
