2588519 - The command 'tp' from tool 'tp' could not be executed successfully

You are performing an upgrade using Software Update Manager (SUM) tool. The database for the source system is using Oracle 11.2 and it will be upgraded to a higher version or migrated to HANA. The target system will use Kernel 7.45 or 7.49.
