You're using System Monitoring use case within Solution Manager and you're receiving false alerts for Java System Availability with the following error:

[RC=600] URL <URL> called unsuccessfully [Reason: Error to perform http request cause by java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out ; nested exception is: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out]
