2588668 - Methods ON_SAVE_REQUESTED and ON_CHANGES_COMMITTED of BAdIs only triggered once

Symptom

The methods ON_SAVE_REQUESTED and ON_CHANGES_COMMITTED of BAdIs /RPM/EX_REVIEW_BADI (Review), /RPM/EX_BUCKET_BADI (Bucket) and /RPM/EX_PORTFOLIO_BADI (Portfolio) are only triggered once - i.e. the first time you save the object. When a further change is done in the corresponding object the methods of the BAdIs are not called anymore.
