2588761 - External Catalog Items Not Transferred to SAP ByDesign System

Shopping cart is not generated in SAP ByDesign system after you transfer the items from the Amazon Catalog XYZ (XYZ refers to the catalog name).

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Home work center.
2. Go to Self-Services view.
3. Select the Go Shopping option.
4. Select catalog XYZ.
5. Select the items.
6. Click on Submit button in the catalog.

Shopping cart is not generated.

The catalog parameters maintained are incorrect. You have maintained extra parameters that are not required for the transfer of items back to the SAP ByDesign system.

For the Amazon catalog XYZ, only the following parameters are necessary to generate the shopping cart in the SAP ByDesign system automatically.

Username, Password, User Email ID, ~OkCode, ~target and ~caller.

Note : the HOOK_URL parameter need not be maintained as it's value is generated by ByDesign system when you trigger an external catalog.
