2588870 - SAP BPC NW Performance slow and Errors using Consolidation Monitor functions

We are implementing Real Time Consolidation.  We were having performance issues during BCF, Currency Translation and Net Income to Retained Earning business rules from Consolidation monitor. We have implemented notes  
2556069 - Performance improvement for BPC (Embedded) Consolidation - Skip Check
2546995 - Enhance the way of getting and checking base members
2581275 - Performance Improvement for the Generated HANA Views in Real-Time Consolidation
2524354 - Improve performance of reading master data for embedded consolidation
2525416 - Poor performance when running BPC embedded consolidation

After applying the note we saw a significant performance improvement for a while.   Now we are seeing the performance issue is back when more months are included. The trace logs seem to show time is spent in ABAP and not the DB.

Errors in ST22:
Resource bottleneck TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED No more memory available to add rows to an internal table.
