2588901 - AlertConsumerJobV2 job hangs in STARTING status - JMSSecurityException: User has not permission

There are lots of attemps to start the "AlertConsumerJobV2" (based on frequency of the job = every 5mins) in Log viewer. This job belongs to java application: 'com.sap.aii.af.service.alert.app' handled by Java Scheduler. However, attempts are not successful, because the first one could not be started - stucked in 'STARTING' status.

In default trace files you can find the following exception:
