Symptom

When attempting to create a Dispute Case in transaction code FBL5N, an error message appears: "No element type defined for object type XXX and system XXX" (Message FDM_GENERAL100 or UDM_MSG006)

or

 In the Manage Dispute Case App F0702A , after clicking the Create button and entering the customer and company code, a communication error occurs with the message, "No element type defined for object type XXX and system XXX" (UDM_MSG006).
