- Click 'Search'.
- Select at least one user and click 'Add to Filter'.
- Click 'Submit Filter'.
- Click 'Run Report'.
*** When the report opens, it shows all items in the learning history of the user selected in step 10 instead of showing only the item selected in step 7.
Cause
- This is an expected behavior.
- Steps 4-9 are steps to select a user, not to select an item.
- What we did was: "Which users completed this item?". Then, "Use this user in the report and show all the items he/she has completed".
- Basically, it was just a way to input a user in the 'User' filtering of the report if you do not have a ready list of users.
- In the Learning History Report, we can only filter based on User ID, Completed Date From, and Completed Date To.
