2589096 - EP: Infinite loading whilst uploading documents in KM

• You are attempting to upload documents to the collaboration room within Knowledge Management (KM) but intermittently encounter an infinite loading wheel.
• The issue is arises ordinarily after the first document has been initially uploaded, before an attempt is made to upload a second. 
• Within the default trace error log file you will see similar erorr references to those outlined below:
