Reproducing the Issue
- Access Integration Center;
- Run the Integration manually or let it run on its scheduled time;
- At Review and Run tab, click on the Last Run Time field link to open the Execution Manager;
- Observe the error;
Cause
This error message can happens due to several reasons:
- Cause 1: The folder name informed (under Destination Settings tab > File Folder field) does not match the folder name maintained on the SFTP Server;
- Cause 2: The user informed (under Destination Settings tab > SFTP User Name field) doesn't have write permission in the SFTP folder you informed;
- Cause 3: Your integration is exporting attachments but it's not properly set;
Resolution
To resolve Cause 1:
Align the SFTP and IC integration folders names.
To resolve Cause 2:
At SFTP Server, you need to grant the write permission on the folder to the user informed.
To resolve Cause 3:
Refer to the KBA 3246373 resolutions.
Note: Please make sure to reset the Integration Schedule on the Scheduling Page as for scheduled runs these changes will not take place otherwise.
