2589514 - No Records Displaying For a Custom Mass Data Run in a Test Tenant

You have created a Mass Data Run (MDR) in the Cloud Applications Studio (SDK), and have generated screens for this MDR. However, no records are displaying in the OWL screen for this Mass Data Run in the frontend.

• SAP Cloud For Customer.
• SAP Business ByDesign.
• SAP Cloud Applications Studio.

1. Navigate to the Mass Data Run work center view.
2. You notice that there are no or fewer records than expected on the OWL screen.

All the instances of a Business Object (in this case the Mass Data Run Object) are stored in a secondary persistency in the database of the system. This issue occurs when this secondary persistency is not updated, and therefore the data is not visible in the UI.

1. Activate the solution.
2. Activate the Mass Data Run (.run) file.

If this does not resolve the issue, or if the issue exists in the Production Tenant, please report an incident to SAP with permission to reload the related Mass Data Run view in the backend.
