2589917 - Unable to Assign Line Item Group To Activity to Products in a Production Model

You have created a Production Model via webservice . Now you want to Assign Line Item Group to Activity to products in a production model however there is no tag available to assign activity in a production model.

You are able to create a Production Model in a system via webservice however you are unable to assign product in a production model via webservice directly.

Currently it is not possible to assign product in a production model via webservice.

There is no tag to assign product in a production model therefore items cannot be assigned under the Product Assignment tab automatically.

However you have to perform the Assign Line Item Group to Activity for the BoM line items manually in the production model.

1. Go to Production and Planning Masterdata workcenter.
2. Go to Production Model view.
3. Show All Production Models and find the relevant Production Model ID.
4. Select and Edit it.
5. Go to Bill of Operations tab and navigate to Product Assignment tab.
6. Under Bill of Material subtab, choose option: Assign Line Item Group to Activity.
7. Assign required Confirmation Method to Product as per activity.
