Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Resolution

  1. Create a business rule with base object Job Information Model.
  2. Use scenario : Trigger Workflows
  3. The following is a sample business rule for this purpose.

  4. Add the rule as "onSave" under Job Information in Admin Center > Manage Business Configuration.

NOTE: rules configured on "Job Information" Parameter will not trigger workflows on Termination imports. For imports, rules under "employmentInfo" HRIS Element must be configured to trigger the workflow successfully.
