Symptom

  • Error: "An internal error occurred while calling 'processDPCommandsEx' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)(Error: INF)" when opening web intelligence the first time.
  • The issue occurs after changing Reporting Database from Oracle to DB2.
  • The issue is happening only when refreshing the webi report the first time, no problem when refreshing the second time.
  • No error when refreshing the first time from Rich client using 2-3-tier modes.
  • Errors in Webi traces: ERROR:IECore_kc3CoreEngineImpl:Caught an exception: : invalid vector<T> argument [kc3CoreEngineImpl.cpp;1821].
