Symptom
- You are running SAP Contact Center Support Pack 9
- When monitoring a user, the Web Client crashes suddenly and the user is kicked out of SAP Contact Center
- The Web Client logs may display the following messages:
- WRN> BcmApiWrapper::HasRight - failed to find/load object [....] of type [User]
- ERR> AclCache::GetAccessibleObjectsMap - std::runtime_error - null proxy pointer access
- ERR> AclCache::HasRight - Unknown exception
- ERR> BcmApiWrapper::GetAgentQueueInfo - Unknown exception
- ERR> Exception ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at address 0x6262dc97
- ERR> Output::Redirect ServerSupportFunction failed WinError=87, The parameter is incorrect
