2590320 - Activities Created From Lead Scores is not Visible in Leads

Symptom

Activities created automatically from Lead Scores are not visible under the Activities facet of a Lead.

Environment

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

You have already created a score lead with the condition to automatically create an activity.

  1. Go to the Sales work center.
  2. Select the Leads view.
  3. Open lead XYZ (XYZ represents the name of the Lead).
  4. Select the Activities facet.
  5. No activity is visible here, though the conditions were met and an Activity was already created.

Resolution

This is the expected system behavior.
