Symptom
Activities created automatically from Lead Scores are not visible under the Activities facet of a Lead.
Environment
SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
You have already created a score lead with the condition to automatically create an activity.
- Go to the Sales work center.
- Select the Leads view.
- Open lead XYZ (XYZ represents the name of the Lead).
- Select the Activities facet.
- No activity is visible here, though the conditions were met and an Activity was already created.
Resolution
This is the expected system behavior.
